I smelled the earth today,
Through a crack in the road,

and I was thinking of you

Of those words that evaporated against skin

About this Blog

Travel and a sense of place are the strongest influences on me, providing the greatest drive to paint and write.
While I am fascinated by the idea of being on the road long term as a kind of constant art making, certain realities keep me at home, here in London, for most of the year. Then again, some of the most significant journeys are those that take place inside.
