Therapy requires a commitment to the process. Therefore I offer it in sets of either three or five sessions, giving you the flexibility to choose what is best for you.
3 Session Package: £270
5 Session Package £450
Single Session / Pay-as-you-go: £95 per session
What is included
Session 1 is 90 minutes, where we take a deep dive into what is holding you back and where you want to be.
Subsequent sessions are around 60 minutes
A personalised recording as the ‘glue’ that holds these sessions together
Sessions are held in-person or via Zoom.

Payment details
An invoice will be issued to you once your first session is booked and will include forms to be completed and full payment instructions. Forms and payment must be submitted in full before the first appointment.
Cancellations: Cancellations of less than 24 hours notice will usually be charged as a full session.
Booking a Consultation Call: Consultation calls can be booked Monday - Friday.
My Therapy hours are: Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday all day (last booking slot of 9:00pm).
